Fans queued for hours outside the Mall of Emirates’ Apple Store to get their hands on the new iPhone 7 and the bigger iPhone 7 Plus model. A Saudi man was the first to get the iPhone 7 after he waited for over 3 hours outside.

The Middle East’s first official Apple store was open almost a year ago in Dubai, followed by another store in Abu Dhabi. I visited the Dubai one during my last visit back in November.

The iPhone 7 starts from AED 2,599 while the iPhone 7 Plus starts from AED 3,099. There are five colors available including two black variations: Matte Black, Jet Black add to that Space Grey, Silver, Gold and Rose Gold.

I will be reviewing the iPhone 7 as soon as I get my hands on one.
